Currently on crutches from a knee related injury (e.g., IT Band, bursitis, psoas). No more running on concrete for me :/ Can’t wait to have use of my leg again and do this workout! Great cardio options!

I have been doing other work outs daily for 4 weeks. Glad I was able to complete this first time. I would not have been able to at the beginning of my fitness journey.

I tried this a year ago and had to cheat. Even skipped the last set. Did all of it with more than just decent control today. Finished the set! Thanks for a quick, yet killer, workout!

I am a gym rat, natty powerlifter, regular size, BMI 26, but I found out last December my cholesterol is high. This set right here helped mi return to normal. Thanks for that.
