Chest Breathing is a meditative exercise that tunes in to the entire body from the top of the head to the fingertips to the toes. You will achieve deep relaxation in your body and mind while releasing stagnant energy and breathing in fresh, new energy that will circulate through your entire body.

Breathing is one of those things that we can't live without and yet we take for granted. I know too many people who have trouble breathing, but what most people don't realize is that it can be improved all on your own. This video gives great examples of how conscious breathing can help improve your life.

What a great meditation to feel relaxed and full of fresh energy throughout from brain down to your body. Letting go of all the tension and just being is such a great way to realize what is important in life.

I followed along with the video. Now I feel relaxed and my mind is very peaceful. My chest is open and my breathing became much longer and deeper. The life energy is flowing throughout my entire body. Great breathing meditation! I believe if we all only take the time to do this single meditative exercese regularly every day, the world will become a much better place.

This is really good for when you feel so stressed and don't know what to do. This always helps me when I need to take a good rest for a short time also, when I can not fall asleep.

I usually practice Chest Breathing exercise 10~15min at any time whenever I feel stress and am not able to focus. It works so well. 100% recommendable!!!

This is the best way to bring your breathing deeper into your body. It's very relaxing and it helps me release tension from my upper body.

I tried it and I felt much more relaxed. Afterwards I was amazed how much of the stress I was holding on and was released. I will practice everyday.

Chest breathing exercise is really good to relax deeply, even though beginners don’t know the way breathing properly. I can release stress while I doing this chest breathing.

I do chest breathing every night to release everything from the day and clear my mind. I easily drift off and feel refreshed in the morning. I also do this if I feel overly anxious during the day, I can overcome the feeling quickly and easily.

I love the chest breathing. You don't need to make any special space or time. You can do it when you go to bed. Experience deep rest! Try it.
