Breathing is so important, without it, well we wouldn't be here... but although we know that breathing is important, we still take it very much so for granted. This video is so helpful for developing mindful breathing.

This was helpful to show me just how inflexible I was. After the breathing exercise, I was a little sleepy, so I rested some. Best nap ever.

I’ve doing this breathing practice, it’s not easy to do #3 and #4 posture but getting easier and more inner power now. I’ll keep doing this.
