This video was uploaded to show you that I'm not special or superior, I was once weak and skinny with minimal body control. It proves that with hard work we can accomplish our goals if we are consistent and stay motivated. Now go out there and make your dreams a reality.

@ideaman99 It's time you focus on explosive pull-ups, 4-5 reps 4 sets without any leg assistance and trying to get your chest to the bar.

@ideaman99 yes, getting your chest as clsoe to the bar as possible is vry important. I attempted my 1st muscle up last week and i did it successfully since i always get my chest equal to or above the bar when performing chin ups or pullups

@FitnessFAQs beautiful vid man, motivates me much 2 have seen u barely pull off that handstand press in the beggining, 2 doing OAC's, I was always thinking u had to have had some kind of genetical predisposition 2 being a beast! Its all hard work and commitment, Im so happy because after maybe 4 or so years of on n off training ive finally hit my first 3 mths of solid consistent training and im loving the rewards, hope I can have that OAC mid this yr, mad respect, and thanks again for the video.

It's not about how much your weight is, it's about hwo you manage the weight. 1 person deadlifting 300lb for 1rm max has the same affect in his/her body that another person deadlifting 400lb for 1rm has.
