This video shares a 17-minute hip flexibility routine for improving internal and external rotation of the hip as well as squat flexibility. This routine is a good warm-up or cool down for a squat session.

Brilliant video! This is the one I've been waiting for! I run a lot and sit at a desk for most of the day due to work so I've wanting a great daily routine to stretch and loosen the hips! Thank you Tom!

Absolutely amazing. Over the past year I've developed knee soreness and my chiropractor basically says it's been a result of really tight hips and ankles. This short drill is bloody amazing.

I love the routine! Some really nice exercises and you do explain them well. If you would do a second version of the video, where you just do the exercises with less explanation, but instead quicker I would regularly watch that second video!

This is amazing. Im a back pain sufferer of over 15 years. Life in Hawaii geowing up was rough when body surfing and getting SLAMMED into the sand, doing scorpions and other back crushing slams throughout 20 years. I suffer from extreme stiffness, shooting pains, bursitis in hips, sciatica. It affects my sleep and daily activities where i cant even work out cause i seem to injure myself further. Ive done physical therapy and not one has ever recommended this type of stretching. Ive done 7 sessions on dry needle therapy which helped relieve but afyer a few days im right back to square 1. Ive done acupuncture and same thing. After just 1 session of this stretch yesterday i have to say THANK YOU, wow dis i get some relief, i could feel the blood flowing in my hips, butt and legs. It was brutal to do but so worth it. Today was my second day, just great. Im not even sore, i just feel the blood flowing. Do you have more for trochanteric and iliopsoas bursitis??

I've been doing some weighted squats and deadlifts this morning and this was just perfect! I'm usually pretty confortable holding a deep squat for a few minutes, but that last one after the stretch felt almost like sitting on a chair!

Hey Tom, really enjoyed your last hip mobility so looking forward to this. I also love the intense flexor stretching video but I can’t kneel on one of my knees because it hurts too much after years of working on it. Could you do a video with options for deep hip flexor stretching without kneeling if possible or even modifications? Thanks mate

That trick with the lifting of the knee on the side, didn’t feel anything and then suddenly the cramping began!! Also the chair man, that’s a good deep stretch ! Thanks for this follow-along. Looking forward to the next one. Could you do one for back flexibility?

Thanks so much Tom for your hip routines. I am a 39 year old with severe hip arthritis in both hip joints and am on my way for hip replacement surgery. I was previously a rowing athlete and find training really difficult with such limited mobility. I do your routine each morning and even though I don’t have much range it helps give me a bit more range, relieves pain and stops me getting worse. I really appreciate it!

Tom, I love these videos! I run, play football and resistance train with weights in a gym. Lately,when running, my glute and calf, only on my right side, have started to tighten up a half mile or less into the run. I do your mobility stretches but just wondering how I can overcome this as it's restricting all my activities to do with sport and exercise. It feels like a massive lactic build up and it comes along far too quickly. Any suggestions apart from doing your mobility stretches!?!?!? Thanks
