Tom: I just want you to know how you have influenced me. You see: I have Stege 3 Osteoarthritis and Stage 2 Osteoarthritis and was in a significant amount of pain. I was going to give up and have knee replacements, but I tried your channel and now I am able to do all of these and my hamstrings, quads, calves, IT band has SIGNIFICANTLY loosened up!My knees have gotten significantly better as well and I will be able to have the recline hero pose. You, Saturnomovement, and Strength Side is like the Holy Grails for me, and you all have greatly increased my self-esteem in myself! I Thank you so much for being there! Namaste! P.S. Yes, I am posting on all of the channels that have helped me.

Thank you, Tom. I’ve been a dancer all of my life - including professionally. The last few years I’ve been unlearning and undoing a lot of stored tension in my body. Your videos have helped me release a decade of chronic pain I was beginning to think would always be there. It feels miraculous. God bless you infinitely and all of the work you are doing. Thank you for taking time to create these videos and teaching me mobility. ♥️

Tom I have been following your hip and hamstring mobility/flexibility routines (and others) for about 2 years now. I love your relaxing style and music you usually put to your videos. Just my personal opinion, these new videos are moving in the opposite direction as far as look and feel. This setting is much more cold and isolated feeling, and the audio from your mic is an added reminder. All your past routines felt warm and open, and your audio sounded like you were there with us. Just thoughts as you continue to work and grow at it.

I always had pride on thinking I’m fine, I can do these things on my own, create a flow, workout routine in my own and never wanted to give into someone else’s guidance. I just did this routine and it was motivating and amazing. I feel great. I will continue to do this routine and many others you have as I love your content and videos. Thank you for helping me realize that it’s okay to have help and guidance. ❤️

Cool stretching exercises. If you can do them of course haha. I am still fat that these are like doing gymnastics for me. But my goal is to be fit by end of the summer, so I can do stuff like this. I am so serious that I even got personal trainer and personalized meal plan from Next Level Diet.
@akshaybodla1632 жыл бұрын
Its all about getting your body used to the movements. Even if you think your fat, youre body can do it. Go easy go slow. You'll adapt over time and (most likely) lose weight in the process!

Hi Tom. Great advice, as usual - thanks. I'd be interested in a video specifically on sitting crossed legged on the floor (i.e. something similar to lotus postion, though not so intense.) I can't sit cross-legged. When I try, my knees are up around my ears, and it's a full-body strain. There are other videos out there on youtube - particularly from yoga people - but I've seen some horror stories from others who've tried to improve their lotus without the correct advice and have permanently damaged their knees. Would welcome your insights. Cheers,
