yes about 6 months ago and 18 months into my high fat, low carb journey. Total serum cholesterol was 4.3, HDL 1.46, LDL, 2.8, triglycerides 0.5 (All mmol/L). Fasting blood sugar was 4 too. All well within good ranges. Dietary cholesterol has no effect on actual cholesterol or only in extremely rare circumstances. Cholesterol levels are more closely linked to inflammation (the cholesterol is there to repair it) so usually low inflammation = lower cholesterol. :)
