This video feels like an accumulation of all the progress you’ve made over the last few years of editing and videography. So well explained and visualised. 💪

Something I think that’s worth noting too is picking a flexibility skill or muscle you want to focus on and then applying these principles with intention on the one skill rather than spreading yourself thin :)

Great video, once again, Tom. There is so much to do and so many different training modalities to explore, but we all have limited time and recovery resources. Lately, I've been finding it kind of hard to focus on a handful of goals and pursue them. Instead, I'm constantly trying to do too much, trying to cover all the bases, perform all the 'must do' movements, if you will, and just spreading myself too thin. I think I need to stop consuming fitness content for a (good) while.

Following you since the beginning thanks for the contribution to my journey. Would love a video on improving hip internal rotation, specially with an extended hip. (as in for needle training) my leg keeps rotating in.

Great video as always Tom! I Have been told by some osteopaths and physiotherapists that stretching for 2-4min (continuously) with a much lower intensity (relaxed flexibility) is better because it also stretches the more stubborn fascia/tissue that covers the muscles. I was recommended to stretch each of my PSOAS and IP band for 4 straight minutes, and my hip adductors for 7-10 straight min. (NOTE: this is for chronically tight stressed musclues/tendons) What is your opinion on this? Should I do a full 4min stretch or 30sec reps of higher intensity, but still totalling 4min?

Love your work, but I see the dog is in many videos now - not a fan, it’s distracting - pet lovers rejoice, but it’s not for all…
