Aircraft fires in flight are some of the most deadly occurrences that you could get. There are the dangers of smoke inhalation to the occupants, structural failure of the aircraft if the fire is not contained. Quite possibly, fires in the aircraft cabin are worse than an engine fire for this reason.This is an introduction into the Cargo fire topic as a continuation together with the Engine fire topic I introduced a few days ago. The next sequence of videos will involve actions by pilots in flight to attend to these fires.

What is that thunk or click sound at 0:45 just before the fire bell? I heard a similar sound in your engine fire video too.

Same as that happen on South African flight 295
