Part II of the interview series with Pyrros Dimas, one of the greatest Olympic weightlifters of all time. In this segment, Dimas talks about his training system in Albania (from age 10 to 17) and then his move to Greece and his training there.
Filmed in and around Arnaia and Thessaloniki, Greece, by Nat Arem, David Boffa, and Jonas Westbrook. Written by David Boffa with Jonas Westbrook and Gregor Winter.

Him and Kakhi are the best lifters of all time. Kakhi was a wonder of nature while Dimas was a hard working professional. 2 Legends

it's funny knowing Greek I can tell that since Pyrros talks so slow, the translator is 2-3 sentences ahead of him the entire time during

His name was Pirro dhima. They called his training Russian, when albanians had no relationship with Russia at all during that period. If I'm correct he was European champion representing albania.
