Over the last few years I've returned to this video over and over again ... no matter the hiatus, it's one of my go tos so much so that i automatically feel a sense of calm, comfort, and welcome into the routine. My body feels like I've developed a muscle memory over time from this particular Hiit Yoga routine. I've watched and tried a lot of diff things like so many nothing really motivates me to keep consistency. I've inconsistently kept consistent with this video and I love it. Thank you for a very well made video. It is well paced, grounded, and even while you progress and even in my slow pace with stiff muscles and joints, I can keep up or keep going. I wanted to write this so you can see how much this 15min video has been beneficial for me. I hope others will find theirs... just keep returning to the things that make sense for your body ...wherever you are! You are worthy of every bit of effort you put into your wellness.

I have been watching your yoga videos and doing yoga practice since 2 weeks and I really did enjoy. I however today went to other videos that I watched before and I really felt like I am missing something. Or I didnt enjoy it as much or didnt feel I did much and then I came back to your channel and did this yoga workout and now I'm exhausted and feel like I did so much. I guess I just love the vibe of your videos, your voice, the background music, the sceneries and peace. Just a little comment from France I have begin my journey to have a better relationship with my body and food, when i first try your videos it was like a guilty pleasure in my workout routine, i just love yoga but i was like ok i need to lose weight so i have to do things like running, fitness and eat salads and as a reward yoga. But i ended up doing your videos and lose weight without anything more than that and healthy food so thank you, i feel so much better doing something i love. It just help so much more, i have lose weight and i continue to this journey you contribute to make beautiful.

woo I loved this! my favorite was the plank->yogic squat->releve because of the "fun" postures. Also I loved that you encouraged us to take it at our own pace, which can make doing this workout and other workouts super accessible to someone with less experience. :D thanks!
