I will always build mines to maxed levels. They G19s but will eventually have ISO Purple 3 on them. No plans to take them to DD9 unless they get stat reworked. I will however make them 105 if level cap increase comes because them doing 20% more stat damage will always be good.

Also, Hyperion, Icarus, Gladiator and Sentry are all pretty much Superman Analogues for Marvel. Hyperion and his team were pretty much marvel's take on DC's Crime Syndicate (the evil justice league). The difference in MOST of them is simply their stories... Sentry is the odd man out, in that while he has Superman's powers (and something about the radiation he emits calms down the Hulk by being near him or he absorbs gamma rads), inside Sentry is The Void, which is a super powerful evil that Sentry has trapped inside him. When it breaks out the first thing it does is, literally, tears Ares in half. Definitely worth reading some Squadron Supreme stuff and the Thor & Hyperion vs the end of the World arc is amazing.

Songbird has been on the most versions of the Thunderbolt team. It started as Zemo's Tbolts,, then Hawkeye's (let's not forget about Hawkeye), then Norman Osborn's. He was given government powers. Victoria Hand was his second in command. Then Luke Cage's (run from a prison which was run by John Walker IE US Agent in MSF). Then Red Hulk's Thunderbolts. Then Kingpins Thunderbolts (when he was mayor and outlawed Superheros) Than the most current which was Bucky's version. They just took characters that are in MCU and used then. So Shang Chi, US Agent, Sharon Carter, Red Guardian, the Widows etc

So yes Hyperion is from Squadron Supreme. Marvel wanted to have Avengers vs Justice League so yes they are Marvel version of Batman, Wonder Woman etc. So yes Hyperion is Marvel's Superman. Gladiator is from Shi ar Imperial Guard. From that famous Phoenix Sage Xmen story it's Xmen vs Superboy and the Legion of Super heros so yes they took LoSH and made Marvel versions of those characters. So yes Gladiator is Marvel's Superman. Sentry first appeared as a gimmick where they pretended Marvel had done it's own golden age version of Superman but everyone forgot about those comics. (So in story everyone forgot he existed as well). So yes Sentry is Marvel's Superman.

Squadron Supreme. You can't talk about Hyperion without mentioning Squadron Supreme. Avengers 85(1971) they wanted to have Avengers VS DC's Justice League so they alternate versions of Justice League characters. 1985 there was the Squadron Supreme maxiseries (which I d recommend reading the trade). Again it's more Marvel versions of DC characters. The story is Superheros decide they need to be in control because they can solve all the world's problems.

Hyperion is Legally Distinct Superman in Marvel's Legally Distinct Justice League, the Squadron Supreme. They originally appeared as the Squadron Sinister for Marvel to have an evil version of the Justice League for the Avengers to battle, but later became a heroic team when they were picked up to tell different stories. Sad to see that Songbird is the only legit Thunderbolt from lore in the lineup. I really enjoyed the early days of the Thunderbolts, but the MSF version is not shaping up to be compelling for me.

I just pulled 2D from Ghost, hopefully she is part of the reworks. Lady Bullseye sounds more likely on Hit Monkey's team. She was in the Hit Monkey Hulu show. I think Senty and now Victoria Hand will be on the team with Valentina or some other wild character who maybe gets introduced in the Captain America movie which comes out before and I bet we will get a new trailer for Thunderbolts after that movie where they announce it will be renamed Dark Avengers.

why ask the consumers to vote on 1 character when they can just introduce all of them and get a lot of people playing for/paying for the character they want? it's a financial win for them and maybe a momentary win for the consumer. also the reason you don't see a tag for Hyperion with the Thunderbolts is because you were looking at the wrong Hyperion. Look for Hyperion 4023, it's a multi-verse thing, also Hyperion is a Superman analog.

Hyperion is like Ikaris who is like Sentry who is like Superman. They're all Marvel's versions of Superman. I'm not very excited about an Eternals version of him. I'd rather see him with his team, The Squadron Supreme. So, as a fan of Thunderbolts, I want Songbird and Sentry as Legendary or Mythic because he's (one of) the most powerful character in Marvel comics!

Just out of place characters for this team. Songbird should be on the team but not the other two. I was expecting Songbird and Radioactive Man and possibly Atlas. Toss in Zemo, Ghost and/or Bullseye rework and you have a good mix of the classic team and more modern. Sadly they'll of course go with the MCU version and for some reason Lady Bullseye will be with them instead of putting her with whatever team Hit-Monkey is going on which would make much more sense to put her with an assassin-style team.

Here we go again with MSF dropping the ball & missing a good opportunity.. They dropped the ball with the Eternals & giving us a Sup/Sinister 6 cosmic team.. Now they're doing it again & dropping the ball with The Thunderbolts.. They'res literally 5 Thunderbolts in the game already.. They should've reworked all of them & gave us at least 3 new members.. I feel like Lady Bullseye would go better with the Monkey. Though his team is supposed to be vigilantes... Doubt they'll be reviving good old Eternals. We'll have Hyperion no doubt but maybe not on Thunderbolts? A plug like Quicksilver? If it was up to me I'd just go for 4 reworks, like with Underworld. Allegra + russian duo + Sharon + Ghost. Since there are SOOOO many unused MCU Thunderbolts on the roster already they really need to just retool them all just like the Sinister 6. Id rather not vote for Lady Bullseye so the actual member Songbird and Hyperion. It would be GREAT if the Orchis and Nightstalkers teams are the ones to unlock Shadow King since I have fortunately built them to G18.
