Depending on your location in NY, you can find it. I’ve found it frozen in Latino supermarkets in lower NY. The city definitely has it as well. And like someone commented here it does grow easily. My family had a few that they planted years ago and it grew like crazy. 😅

So were chicken wings many years ago, Cheap!... that's no longer the case. I've been cooking for over 40years and back in the day we would either make a stock or throw away. Oxtail is as delicious as any (Ossobuco) just isn't well represented. Try it in Jamaica, Spain, Peru! And many others. You'll like it.😮😂😅
