I have never seen that method of frozen butter and a grater. WHAT A LEGITIMATE LIFE HACK I SWEAR THIS IS SO SMART IDK WHY I HAVENT THOUGHT OF THIS. Tip to make it even easier if you have the equipment available: Food processors usually come with a grater attachment where you can push stuff through the top and through the blade to grate things. It's amazing for that frozen butter trick. You can also get grater attachments for stand mixers, I assume that works just as well. It makes grating the butter a 10 sec ordeal. 🙂
