Bond Angle of H2S (Why is it only 92 degrees?)

H2O has a bond angle of 104.5 degrees.
Why is the bond angle of H2S much closer to 90?
The answer is because of energy levels of the s and p atomic orbitals that HYBRIDIZE to give 3sp3 hybridized orbitals of Sulfur, VERSUS the lone pairs in 2sp3 hybridized orbitals of H2O. For H2S, they have more 'p' character and thus are aligned more closely to 90 degrees than you might expect.
