Bond director John Glen 75 years in films - John Glen Bond & Beyond - New Doc

Here's a few clips from our recent interview with the totally amazing film editor and director, John Glen.
He has had an outstanding career in film and TV, although for many he is best known for his work on eight James Bond films, he has in fact over 80 screen credits, including The Third Man, The Italian Job, The Wild Geese, and Shout at the Devil to name just a few.
It was a privilege and an honour to spend time with him and to work with him on our documentary.

He's had an incredible career. I'm looking forward to hearing more about his early directing jobs in television, and his work both as a film editor & second-unit director. It's interesting that with the Bond films he followed a similar path as Peter Hunt, who shifted from working as a film editor & second-unit director to directing what remains one of the greatest films in the Bond franchise. He obviously thought so much of John's abilities that he made sure John was part of his team when he began directing.
