If what he really is saying is the truth. Then we shouldn’t say his mom didn’t teach him. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Now they are saying the murdered someone in front of them.. Unless their is a video that says otherwise then how do you know what you are saying? They could really be innocent an only tried to help their friend or whoever he was. I think until the case is available then we shouldn’t jump to a decision. I believe the judge was also thinking the same exact thing as I just said .. The young boys commited no crime other than being armed with firearms while under age but that can legally be put aside the fact in some states regardless of firearms condition. In life, there are choices. Some parents don’t teach their kids about their consequences or coddle them. It shows. I understand kids would stray but you cannot overlook certain things. It will come back to bite you in the end. I am a former teacher and I would see it all the time. I would cry constantly because I knew what was going to happen to a child.

Big Ol' Mamma's too stupid to figure out that this is only an Arraignment. She's trying to present eyewitness testimony and other "evidence" of her son's innocence when there's no jury. This is a First Appearance; it's for formal reading of charges, finding that the case has merit to be bound over to General Sessions (Where there WILL be a jury) and for Defense and Prosecutorial arguments for Bail conditions. This woman's vocabulary is garbage, she can't comport herself to the proper court decorum and she's proving the case for eugenics and sterilization.

So many things wrong here: All the gum chewing, def constantly grabbing that mic, that mom and son constantly interrupting the judge... The younger def was like "well I used to kinda go to school, I mean work"? Those 2 boys are about to have a rough prison life.

I’ll give this judge a lot of credit, he is awful patient with that mother. Any normal situation the mother would not have been allowed to talk. And I understand she’s upset because of what her son is charged with, as a mother myself I would be as upset as she is if not more, but pleading with the judge for him to come home with a charge like that, and then talking about getting his antibiotics and not going to a certain place because it’s too dirty. I really give that judge a lot of credit. He has a lot of patience
