Even though no one showed up to support the kid it’s very sad but you have to stand up for yourself you control yourself you control your actions those many people that’s been on the streets at 10 years old and are very successful in life right now unfortunately something happened to both of these kids It’s crazy how young they are

Big Ol' Mamma's too stupid to figure out that this is only an Arraignment. She's trying to present eyewitness testimony and other "evidence" of her son's innocence when there's no jury. This is a First Appearance; it's for formal reading of charges, finding that the case has merit to be bound over to General Sessions (Where there WILL be a jury) and for Defense and Prosecutorial arguments for Bail conditions. This woman's vocabulary is garbage, she can't comport herself to the proper court decorum and she's proving the case for eugenics and sterilization.

Alcoholic here...Sober alcoholic I should say. Glad I'm not in prison all the stupid and dangerous things I've done. I know a man I saw raise his daughter in the biker bars and was a very loving father. He is in prison for her murder. Blew a .08 on a second dui. Someone rear-ended them on the motorcycle. He wasn't driving erratic or anything that was his fault..beside the .08. He's still in prison for it. California doesn't play around. He's got 15 more years. I think about him everyday. Easily could have been me and my fate. A 26 year old here just got charged with murder for a hit and run the same exact intersection I got a dui at in 2004 at that same age. Just luck. I know luck runs out though. ODAAT. Best wishes to you internet stranger.

They may have gained a little sympathy with the judge, though, seeing how he didn’t seem like the average arsehole, and that could possibly end up working in their favor at some point in the future. They certainly didn’t hurt their case at all I don’t think, so it was worth a try. The judge can surely tell that they’re not the most intelligent people, but that doesn’t make them bad or anything. He also now knows that the kid’s mother at least cares about him, and believes in him, and is on his side. You never know. He might even end up feeling sorry for them, and that would be a big plus, too.

If what he really is saying is the truth. Then we shouldn’t say his mom didn’t teach him. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Now they are saying the murdered someone in front of them.. Unless their is a video that says otherwise then how do you know what you are saying? They could really be innocent an only tried to help their friend or whoever he was. I think until the case is available then we shouldn’t jump to a decision. I believe the judge was also thinking the same exact thing as I just said .. But he can’t play off his emotions he has to make sure the law is upheld.

So let people who show up in a car armed get out of the car and move around freely without resistance? The young boys commited no crime other than being armed with firearms while under age but that can legally be put aside the fact in some states regardless of firearms condition. Even a felon who uses a firearm he shouldnt be carrying for legal self defense only gets charged with carrying the firearm if it was justifiable self defense. I never had a dad growing up, and my mom got remarried and of course my step-dad treated me like s%>t and would beat me. So @ 18 I was heavy into drugs, and I did something that would give me a life sentence. I wrecked my car, wheelchair 4 life, and suffered a traumatic brain injury, TBI. The TBI left me in a coma and when I emerged from my coma I was a vegetable. I couldn't eat, talk, move, or nothing at all, but over time things would change. I would eventually recover enough that I would enroll in college. I would eventually earn a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and an Associate's in Accounting. However, through all my achievements my greatest 2 call me dad. NEVER GIVE UP!
