Really appreciate the detailing that Salma did. All of us who cook everyday, know where crushed garlic is needed and not the paste, or where the jeere powder needs to be soaked and not thrown in the Kadhai, etc. However, not many KZbin chefs linger on these details. Salma did. You guys do. Which is what makes your channel one of the best in the world. It’s not a casual remark - I follow almost all the big names of KZbin cooking, and I’ve no doubt that you are among the best. FYI, the Amar Khamar products I’ve used so far are very good. Karpurkanti was exceptional. All the best.

I feel that when you live outside and have a high demanding job, you tend to order from outside, leading to poor health in the long run. To ensure that I eat food at home, I experiment with different food so that I look forward to eating at home. I do smart cooking like cooking for 2-3 days at one time.
