Hi Gents, love the channel, what kind of wire wheel/brush do you use to grind your holes before welding, can't seem to find any. Cheers.

Howard, what media would you recommend to strip 2 pack paint off a plastic grille ? I have an XD grille which I'd like to strip back to original plastic. I've heard that some use Soda blasting, but I wouldn't have a clue as I've never used one. Cheers mate.

I haven’t done one either, but soda should work ok

I’m surprised you didn’t blast the skin ? My blaster uses low pressure (30-40psi),high volume (350-400cfm) (plastic/garnet).never warps ,ever

Your lucky to have someone near you that can do that.

Gas flow about 2 L a minute that’s what I use

I didn't think you could safely remove this skin off the frame without warping it. At trade school I was told off for knocking out big dags of adhesive because "you'll never get the skin shape the same again" 😲 ha - watch this n learn boys 🙏💪👍
