I believe Bonnie and BB admired each other greatly. She is the queen of blues and slide guitar. My husband and I saw her in 1980 and bought her albums before that. She is the rhythm and blues of my life! Every song spoke to my personal life! Love this woman and so proud of her getting song of the year at the Grammies- long time coming!

Hi again Bonnie, I guess we keep the same hours. It's after 2 in morning here in California. In my working days I'd get off at 2 a.m. I was a go go dancer and was book in clubs. I'm retired now, but am going to be drumming at a studio for a hiphop and rap artist. I can't believe I'll be doing that cuz I'm a granny. Ok, enough about me. Heard Bonnie in Maine, 1970s, and BB King in 1970s and 2000s, two great musicians, but great, compassionate people, too. BB King had the entire audience hold hands as he called for harmony and love. It was a moment to make you cry. Bonnie asked what Mainers do in the winter...oh, I know, she said, winking.
