Bonus Arena - The First Year

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US! A year ago today we welcomed the legendary Van Morrison to open the Bonus Arena and here we are, 12 months later. And what a year it’s been…Madness, George Ezra, Olly Murs, Noel Gallagher, Sean Paul, Stereophonics, Catfish and the Bottlemen and almost 100 events in total.
We couldn’t sum up the last year in a short social post, so we created a video which documents some of the highlights of the Bonus Arena so far. The build, the toilet flushing, the selfies and lots of happy people at events.
Thanks to Hull City Council, Viking FM, Hull FC, Squideo, Cash For Kids, Bud Sugar, Hull Comedy Festival, JAW Media and everyone else involved in creating this film. But most of all thanks to everyone who has been to an event over the course of the last year and supported the venue. Here’s to the next 12 months!
