@@spreadbookjoy hello Jack, I don’t know Brunel college but I gather it must be famous. I’m looking forward to reading Her unusual memoir. I love teachers and librarians. I taught for some years with a TEFL certificate, and a bachelors degree..Certified licensed teachers here have to go through much more training and licensing. I don’t know how it is in the UK. Hi Marilyn. Me again. I have Girl, Woman, Other by Bernadine Evaristo on my shelf. It came highly recommended. As usual my reading speed cannot keep up with my tendency to snatch up these books when I find them at library book sales, charity shops or for a good price!!!! I am going to put in on a priority list!

I’m finding out so much about her from her poetry. It’s my opinion that a writer reveals themselves most through poetry. Whenever obsessed with a writer, I look for their poetry.
