Great haul! To clarify (the late) David B. Silva’s origin, he was an American author, not British. In fact, he was the editor and publisher of the seminal genre magazine The Horror Show, which was a direct inspiration for Richard Chizmar‘s Cemetery Dance magazine.

Ronald Kelly Rules!!! You gotta read Fear by him :) Laymon is okay. I loved The Traveling Vampire Show and The Woods are Dark was okay, but I don’t know if I’d recommend him, because he can be a little... how do I put it... inappropriate? Lol! Lifeblood has a great cover! I’ve read one book by Douglas Clegg and plan to read more, but I wasn’t a big fan of The Halloween Man. Great book haul!

How often do you accidentally buy a book you already have? It seems like it would be next to impossible to remember all the hundreds of books you have.

Not too often, actually. But it does happen for books that are part of a large series, especially if their covers are similar. It's hard to remember if I already own them sometimes, but at least most of the books I buy aren't expensive and I can always resell any duplicates I accidentally pick up. :-)
