No-Bake / No-Egg / Cup measure / Mini Mango Cheesecake / Easy Recipe

Today, I’m going to make a mini mango cheesecake with delicious mango.
I added chopped almonds and coconut powder to the graham cookie, and the sweet and sour semi-dried cranberries, and the texture and taste were so good.
I made it even with a simple chocolate chip cookie..
Um... the taste of chocolate was so strong that I couldn't feel the taste of mango well...
So, I made it with non-sweet cocoa powder and made it feel like chocolate and it was perfect.
It's made with no-baked cheese that can be made without an oven in case the weather gets hot.
The making process is relatively simple, and it is a cake that even beginners who do not have an oven can follow.
However, please prepare the ingredients in advance and follow me.
When I went to the mart to buy a mango, a pretty Rainier Cherry came out.
It is very sweet and delicious, just as pretty as it looks.
So I decorated it with mango and Rainier cherry.
I used regular muffin molds.
It is a small size like the video, so you can eat it without any burden, so it would be great for a meal or dessert.

1 egg (without shell) 53g

50g Grahams Cookies (small size -14 pieces)
25 g almonds chopped (2 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
15 g cocoa powder (2 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
6g coconut powder ( 1 Tbsp )
20g Semi-dried cranberries (2 Tbsp)
30g unsalted butter ( 2 Tbsp )
5 g sugar ( 1 tsp )
170g cream cheese (3/4 cup + 1 Tbsp)
35g yogurt, drained ( 2 Tbsp +1 tsp)
100 g mango puree (1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp)
50g sugar ( 1/4 cup )
7 g powdered gelatin (2 tsp)
35 g water (2 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
1 Lemon zest
10g lemon juice ( 2 tsp )
160g Heavy cream ( 2/3 cup )
♥ Mango Jelly
120 g mango puree (1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp)
20 g sugar (2 Tbsp + 1/2 Tbsp)
10g lemon juice ( 2 tsp )
6 g powdered gelatin (1/2 Tbsp + 1/4 tsp)
70g water ( 1/4 cup + 2 tsp )
