She fully admitted that just because he didn't say no (or was unable to say no due to intoxication), just just assumed it was okay. Tusumia Court decorum is the same, how addressed her was actually very DISRESPECTFUL in any courtroom...She was just being nice about it, but the honorable Judge Judy would've thrown him out AFTER skinning him alive and the illustrious Judge Greg Mathis would've went all the way OFF on that mother...Respect is an across the board understanding during legal proceedings PERIOD.
