M8... nice to see Emily showing you up on this job. What a tropper she is. 💪👊 Have to say, at the start you almost had me rush out and buy you a new 🎻. For a second I almost felt sorry for you 😭.... not. 😂 Anyway nice little video. Hope your mate who did the original install watches this to see you dissing his work... "naughty- naughty non- compliant installation". So funny 😂

Grate vid james. Its allways fun to watch you struggle. All crisps are good. But my favourite are t-bone roysters!! Legendary. That job was a plumbers nightmare by the way.! I'm off to fit an outside tap now. And it's 37 degrees😓

Have you looked at the iboost from Stuart turner? I need the extra kick of a pump and seems a more cost effective option over an accumulator and their pump

Please can you do a video on the commissioning. Struggling with it, seems to go to 2.5 bar only and not 3bar

Hi mate can you do a very basic video on measuring copper pipe and fitting it. On walls, in notches. in the floor, just a basic video on connecting it and how you would measure it all with elbows ect. Thank you very much.

S thats where the BBC kept the early daleks.... bet you could have done with an exterminate then. I refitted a Stewart Turner pump as old one was obsolete and rough as a badgers, and couldn't believe the sound difference, good company and a person of there company helps if you call, and they know the product and specs... sorry for rambling, , do carry on Roo

Are all the tanks just for cold water, or do they also boost the hot water? Some system!

James im new to pumbing your videos have been very informative and helpful , I would really like to see something on the Electric side of things , what we are allowed to wire what needs an electrician ( if any ) just find this a grey area , after attending the G3 course , do you still need an electrician?

Hey, iv been watching your vids for years and they have always helped me..they are great and always make me laugh. Just a couple questions. I use a super vee monument at work its very powerful and nearly broke my thumb. I am trying to find a powerful snake but not1 so dangerous for my cousin. Could u do a vid on sanni snakes maybe? Also .. i had nearly a flood today mains side of ballofix came loose ( it wasnt fit proprely) .. i had to get the tenant to run all the taps but it was stil so strong .. i managed in the end but have u got any solutions for potential floods like this happening.. If the taps hadnt made it reduce pressure i would have had to get her to hold the pipe to stop the flood whilst i find a stop cock but do u think maybe an aladdin isolator whilst some1 is holding the leak or a made up flexi hose with push fit with hose to make put down the toilet...do u carry any of this emergency stuff would be good to know ..... cheers and thanks again for your vids xx

ps i work for the council so like 10 jobs a day so finding the stop cock and isolators before each job we dont have time for...these types of leaks/ floods dont happen often but from time to time..........thanks

You know what I need to see? A tool that can crimp pipes together so you can solder them without them moving the frig EVERYWHERE. Imagine you dry fit the entire thing with temporary crimps, and then just solder every joint freely.
@chriswatkinson932 жыл бұрын
Pair of grips, light squeeze and it won’t move
@dimitar4y2 жыл бұрын
@@chriswatkinson93 but it distorts the pipe shape and can cause a leak where the copper is too tight together to not allow solder to flow in :( a "crimper" would create a uniform grip that still allows the solder :)

Couldn't you have used two booster pumps instead? No big bulky tanks and NO risk of bacteria growth (legionella). Guess that "cold" water isn't cold for long when it is stored in a boiler room.

Why is there so much rice is it a Chinese restaurant. Lol
@SynKronos2 жыл бұрын
Well irs not 2 and half bar as it's not pressurised. But there in is the solution. Air Pressurise the tank from the top. Simples. Edit. Then as obvious the same air pressuriser/ compressor can then be used to check for any leaks prior to flooding the system. P S Those pumps are notorious for seals going and subsequent seized bearings. A back up yes, but an every day tool. Absolutely not! There are plumbers and then there are engineers.... Which are you? 😉
