I am a disabled person and have embarked on exercise with the pedal exerciser, i came across your wonderful workout and within two weeks i am stronger and can feel muscles i havent felt in many years lol at 64 years old i did not think i would be able to do it but wow its amazing thank you so much love your energy it helps us get through the whole time blessings
