Because of a bad back and need to use a walker, I did your wheelchair exercises. And they were good. With physical therapy and pain management I "graduated" to a cane and then limited use without a cane. And Life was better. Now I'm able to do some of your standing beginner and senior cardio walks at my own pace and Life is excellent. Hope to improve to dance, faster-paced aerobics and step (with no step) eventually as my goal and then I'll be back to my "old" normal.

Not kidding at all. As a senior myself, age 68 and many other seniors and beginner's we all find it excellent for us. You must remember that we are all at different fitness levels.
