i have one question about boosting aswell, when you boost with DHS hurricane 3 neo, should you keep or remove the factory boosted layer? Also if you boost too much, does it separate the top sheet from the blue sponge?
@DarioGrd Жыл бұрын
it is possible to remove only the factory glue, the booster is in the sponge and it will be difficult to remove it. I leave the factory glue, I don't put my own, but go directly with the booster to their factory glue.

if too much booster is applied, it is possible that the topsheet will separate from the sponge and create bubbles on the rubber

It depends on how often you play and how much booster you put, but you can expect from a month and a half to 3 months. And yes, of course the booster can be reapplied.

Pozdrav. Gume su ljepljene 44 sata nakon zadnjeg sloja boostera. I u tom trenutku su još uvijek bile jako zakrivljene, kaj je vidljivo u videu na 5:42 i nije ih baš bilo lako zalijepiti na drvo.

if it's mushy it means too much booster. either the old one has not evaporated or there is too much of the new one. try with a thinner layer

@@DarioGrd I try outdoor paraffin oil which lasted for 3 weeks on kokataku 868 rubber with springy feel with 3 thich layers and it absorbs really fast in Summer. Each layer 1 hour sponge is totally dry really nice curl Baby oil simply soften sponge with longer effect more than month with 3 thick layers. I think its from rubber to rubber difference I still think outdoor paraffin oil is the best cheap booster out there. Keep in mind the weather effect i live in canada. Summer time is the best. Winter time rubber probably gets hard felling again in 1 week Do you have any Suggestion for cheap booster??
@DarioGrd Жыл бұрын
I've only tried baby oil, I haven't tried paraffin oil, so I don't know what effect it has. A lot of things besides the weather and type of rubber/sponge affect the durability of the booster. It is also very important how often you play and how hard you hit the ball.

Hi, thank you for sharing your impressions. How long do you wait after the last booster layer to glue the rubber onto the blade with hurricane 3 and haifu? 1 week, 2 weeks, until flat again? Thank you.
@DarioGrd Жыл бұрын
Hi. The H3 was glued 44 hours after the last booster layer. And at that moment it was still very curved, as you can see in the video at 5:40, and it was not easy to glue it to the blade. It would definitely be a good idea to wait longer for it to flatten better so that it can be glued more easily.
@atomix1927 Жыл бұрын
Thank you. So I see that I am not the only one who is impatient with the hurricanes.
@DarioGrd Жыл бұрын
Oh yes. It makes no sense to me to wait a week for the rubber to flatten out a bit more. The only thing is that then I struggle more with gluing, but I'm ready for that :)

@@DarioGrd Is it true that if you glue it being curved it also has better properties (the boosting effect is better because the rubber has more tension) vs to glue it when it becomes flat (it losses some of the boosting effect and tension) ? Thank you!

nice Video i can totally see why u need to boost a H3 ofc but i do not like it on any other rubber i have tried Falco Tempo Long on, even one layer makes the rubbers more mushy and you lose feeling on it just for a lil more speed, especially on a D09c on Viscaria that litle speed increase is not worth the lose of crispiness and nice ball-feeling and the hussle of reboosting if you ask me i expected something more from boosting to be honest and did not like it at all

@@DarioGrd after 3 layers of haifu white how is the H3 compared to the D09c? is it equally fast then or still slower and why do u choose it over D09c, just coz of the durability/money? i was planning to play H3 too but with Falco Tempo Long it feels too mushy on my Viscaria compared to the much crispier better feeling D09c (at least the one in 1,9 which i prefer) so i stick to D09c on forehand too for now
@DarioGrd4 ай бұрын
@@Blackain66 If a rubber feels too mushy after boosting, it usually means that too much booster has been applied. I have never tried three layers of haifu white, one or maximum two layers is enough for me. D09C and H3 are completely two different types of rubbers and regardless of the booster, the difference will always be felt. Different movements are required, other parts of the body are activated differently during a shot, etc. etc.

Baby oil effect stays longer more than month its soften the sponge that's all. Outdoor Paraffin oil gives better effect soft springy effect for 2 to 3 weeks really enjoyable.

you have gotten the process all wrong. you are suppose to apply the Sea Moon first. Let it dry 24 hours and only then you apply glue. Please read the Sea Monn instruction on the bottle.
@DarioGrd24 күн бұрын
It's not wrong. There are multiple ways to boost and reasons for each method. If you want a stronger booster effect, then apply it directly to the sponge. If you want the effect to last longer, then first apply a thin layer of glue and then the booster.
