Glad you went with Procharger. I wish they had youtube back in 1993 when I ordered my P600B from the Procharger website. That site had one page,a few photos and a US phone number. But I still got great service and my P600B winged it's way across the pond. I ran that head unit on my 1977 Camaro for 70 or 80k miles. It was a blast. So good I now have two Prochargers on one engine!!!!

I had a p1sc on a Dakota about a year ago, a lot of people that were around it thought that because it (procharger) was so noisy that something like the bearings were scored. I loved mine and it was a badass truck.

Procharger is the way to go, I've done several and everytime I drive one I'm impressed. The power is great and the driveability is far better then KBs just make sure the fuel system and cooling system are more then enough.

I've been rebuilding my ProCharger P-1SC for a few years now for my 97 C1500 pickup with all new bearings, ceramic high speed bearings, and will be eventually building a 8-Rib dedicated drive setup for the 96-2000 GM truck platform. I've been a dealer with ProCharger for almost a year now and they're some of the best to work with and always as helpful as can be with any technical questions. Mr. Blue, I wouldn't mind you test driving and doing a review on a fast truck if you're ever out in the Midwest!

It's been a long time coming! Not like I thought you would cave and just mod the crap out of the car, but I'm glad you took a more responsible approach to fully research and get a kit for your daily that you can install with friends in a DAY! superchargers run HOT ! look into some kind of cooling for it,you will never cool it down at the track,and dropping a bag of ice on it will hurt the polished finish. (my experience with paxton) good job installing, it's a FULL DAY !

I'm only 18 but my dream is to get a 5.0 and procharge it. I met a guy around my area in a carmeet and he's from 1320. he has a white 5.0 on slicks with a procharger. ever sense I fell in love with the procharge because of how he enter the scene, it sounded like a plane was coming. Small correction-There are two types of superchargers. A twin screw blower or a centrifugal supercharger. Procharger is the brand that produces a slew of centrifugal blowers.
