Nick, I recently started using Bick 4. In my opinion it's good product. Doesn't darken and leaves a nice subtle shine.

I use Bick 4 most of the time. My only real gripe is it's not great on oil tanned leathers. It's really only meant for smoth finished semi or fully corrected leather.

What is best for oil pull up leather?
@yechenglin15 жыл бұрын
I use Bick4 mostly for leather jackets with finished surface. It softens and moisturizes, and doesn't smell like chemical. Not containing wax is a requirement for some jackets. I found Venician cream works better for chromexel to cover scuffs because it contains wax, and penetrate better.
@Stridewise5 жыл бұрын
Great comment! Yeah I'd prefer wax on my boots but I can see waxyness not being a priority for jackets.
@raysanchez73113 жыл бұрын
For a leather jacket do you also need to condition ? Or do you need both
@yechenglin13 жыл бұрын
@@raysanchez7311 depends on what kind of leather, and how old it is. If leather doesn't feel dry to touch, and it flexes easily, then no conditioner needed. If the leather feels stiff, and dry, then lightly condition it with a cream leather conditioner. Avoid heavy conditioning because over saturated leather stretch and lose its shape.
