I did this whole thing twice.. My legs feel like noodles! The fire hydrants and squat pulses hurt the most. I felt the fire hydrants in my butt and it was on fire! I'm going to do this again in the morning. Great workout.

I have been doing this and the legs and abs workout for 2 weeks straight twice a day and I have been loving it !! After the next couple of days I would add a few more moves because I don't realize I have done more than I should! I would feel really really pumped and great for the day! This workout is great, really felt the burn all over my legs and butt! The one thing though I do different is pause the vid and do the exercises slowly. I feel she's going a little too fast. Going too fast can mean 1) uses momentum, 2) uses less muscles and 3) loose proper form. People can go her speed, but I personally do them slower to make the muscles work harder.

Wall sits are my favorite as odd as it sounds. In yoga I used to look at it as an obstacle to overcome. But it really does test your mind also. Mind over matter.

I like workouts like this, I started the 30 day squat challenge a couple of times and I always got till like 160 squats, but it always got sooo boring so I always quit :D workouts like this keep me going!

I can only feel it in my right leg when doing the leg raises and donkey kicks, as I find it a lot harder to raise, so I'm scared one side will be bigger than the other. How do I fix this?
