I found your chanel like four months ago and I started to do lot of videos for abs and legs/butt and I see the results now, I'm so proud of myself for not quitting this time, Rebecca and you are just perfect motivation, your videos are great, the workout are not super hard (i mean impossible) to do which motivated me a lot ! I did this whole thing twice.. My legs feel like noodles! The fire hydrants and squat pulses hurt the most. I felt the fire hydrants in my butt and it was on fire! I'm going to do this again in the morning. Great workout.

Has anybody seen results yet? Im trying to do this 4 times a day including other workouts and I'm just trying to find something that really works? But just saying no matter how many times you do this workout you always feel the burn :)

Is it normal for the front of my thighs to feel sore instead of my butt after doing all the exercises starting from the lunges ? Cause that's my case and I want to make sure I wasn't doing it incorrectly

I am not comfortable going to a gym, just because I don't feel like I do the movements right. I found these and find myself excited to do them (don't get me wrong I can still see the look of laughter on my dogs face) but I feel good about being able to do simple workouts I can fit into my schedule!! For women who have tried many methods to increase your glutes size and haven't still got results yet! You can try *Imodstyle Bigger Butt* (should be on google have a look ) ? I've got some incredible things about it! *I've put 3 inches on my glutes by follow that exercises, I have a great butt for the first time in my life, and my confidence and enjoyment in the gym is at an all-time high.*

I have been doing this and the legs and abs workout for 2 weeks straight twice a day and I have been loving it !! After the next couple of days I would add a few more moves because I don't realize I have done more than I should! I would feel really really pumped and great for the day! And of course, I lost weight! :) thank you girls so much!!! ♡

This workout is great, really felt the burn all over my legs and butt! The one thing though I do different is pause the vid and do the exercises slowly. I feel she's going a little too fast. Going too fast can mean 1) uses momentum, 2) uses less muscles and 3) loose proper form. People can go her speed, but I personally do them slower to make the muscles work harder.

Wall sits are my favorite as odd as it sounds. In yoga I used to look at it as an obstacle to overcome. But it really does test your mind also. Mind over matter.

I like workouts like this, I started the 30 day squat challenge a couple of times and I always got till like 160 squats, but it always got sooo boring so I always quit :D workouts like this keep me going!

I love Kelsey Lee. So much fun & helps pass the time. My only complaint is sometimes its hard to hear her over the music. Maybe in the future turn down the background music a tad. I love her 10 Minute Muffin Top Melting video.

I can only feel it in my right leg when doing the leg raises and donkey kicks, as I find it a lot harder to raise, so I'm scared one side will be bigger than the other. How do I fix this?
