I’m working on making the Honda elite CH80 seat work on the super cub. It bolts right on but doesn’t sit right yet. I see your Honda element in the back. Funny because I have a super cub and a 2010 Honda element. Seems like there’s a class of people who want something different

So now you can remove the front OEM lock, so in case of a flat battery you can still open the seat , get access to the R/h storage compartment opening lever and have access to the tools so that at least you can get access to the battery and jump start it.

Wonder if you could still use the Kitaro extended rack and mount a box to that. It uses the factory mounts and is made to extended the rack back further. In this case it may provide a rack behind the seat. FYI, if you haven't done it, the rear pegs are a pita. The plugs are welded on and not simply plugged in.

Looks like an interesting option. I have mine set up w/Kijima saddle bag frames, optional Honda rack and Chase-Harper Aero 300 saddle bags. Made an OSB deck for luggage rack to move saddle bags straps away from fender. Works perfectly. OSB deck is stained and urethaned both sides. Perf condition after 1.5yrs in hot Utah summers. Side stand also added.

Nice. Interesting to see that the C125 also has the same issue as I have on my Wave with the hump in the rear pushing you forward too much. Though in a way I do wish Honda were more forthcoming in selling the Wave in more countries as it's kind of the more practical CUB. With huge underseat storage, long seat, rigidly mounted passenger footpegs and mounting points for luggage racks behind the long seat as well as a basket in front. The C125 is still a lovely bike. Far more stable and more fun than most Scooters.

maybe? but then anyone who comes by will have leverage to rip the seat out. You could remove the lock mechanism if needed.

Seats great! Got the cafe style long seat and it's so much better than the original. Can ride 3+ hours with no rear end discomfort.

I had a '68 model with a full seat, but it hinged in the rear and it would stay up when I fueled it.

Seat installed and great for me, 6’4”. A little hard halfway back so added pad. Extended rack had to be cut and ground and bent to fit.

have you ever tried to use the motorbike while riding with anyone who weighs 90-120 kg?? And is it still safe to ride with other people?

I did try with someone who weighs about 90kg and its not very fun. The bikes 125cc motor is just too weak for any hills with this much weight. it rides fine, brakes fine and handles the weight fine. its just very weak at take off or inclines.

@@SlotCarCast Yes, I know that the engine is not powerful enough to load such a heavy person, but what I want to ask is whether the iron frame for the back seat is not broken or cracked??

@@pasrahboy758 ah, the steel frame under the seat sits like a bridge over the fender and bolted to the side of the fender where the holes are. I can bounce on that part of the seat and it wont bend. So no, no weight issues on the rear of the seat with that much weight.

you can get an extended rack that goes around this, it was made to go around a 2nd seat so it goes around the long seat just fine.

I love it. Its very comfortable, plenty of padding and I went for a 3 hour ride last weekend in the AM, then the local scooter gang messaged me that they were having a fun ride that night so I went out for a few hours in the evening. Five hours in one day with no pain in my arse. I dont understand why Honda does not make this an option for tall people.
