I found this info about Schuyler Riley being trolled by Borat here. It makes more sense now:"Apparently, Borat caught her right after the Hampton Classic had held a rider’s meeting in which they were told there was going to be a lot of T.V. and PR done at the show. They had encouraged riders to, as Schuyler recalls, “be on their best behavior to help promote the show and the sport.” Enter Borat and his team, who randomly stopped her when she had a moment of free time. She agrees to the interview, but does not know of the British comedian. Her main feeling at that point: “I was just relieved that the guy I thought was a total lunatic was an actor and not completely psychotic. I had just lived the prior years praying I’d never see that guy again. Then I saw the interview and of course I laughed hysterically.”"

Sacha's greatest talent is his ability to keep a straight, serious face despite the inanity of such circumstances. He's so good at making one believe he believes what he's saying, that when one locks eyes with his Borat character, one feels ashamed for wanting to laugh at him. It's this absurd combination that makes his pranks genius. God, I love this man. Great, now I'm going to be watching more Sacha clips for the next few hours instead of getting work done. I get what you’re saying but for me, that’s not his greatest talent. Keeping a straight face can be done by many people. I can keep a straight face irrespective of anything if I want. It’s just the ability to lock in. I think his greatest talent is being able to create and then comfortably exist in the most awkward atmosphere imaginable. I’ve seen videos e.g. where he’s comparing women’s attractiveness right in front of them. This is completely outside of normative social behaviour. And he doesn’t flinch in the thick, tense, difficult aftermath. Not many people can sit on the nerve of such an uncouth and embarrassing situation and operate without feeling some guilt for what they’re doing to the social etiquette.

Sacha Baron Cohen is not speaking and moving in that video, he has disengaged his normal consciousness and becomes Borat.
