Is it just me, or do I think Rowan is actually the smartest one there, playing along with everything? For example, as the tooth fairy and for the christmas episode, he knows that Adam still believes in them so he plays along (perhaps to keep Adam there and as a happy worker). He is also the one to be ahead of situations too, like the "you lick it you own it" or the first "Karen" episodes. He just acts "dumb" with the situations given to him and just seems to mess around with the employees, although he is a really good manager. Just something that came around to me.

What I love is that there is actually a continuity between this entire series. Like Ellie's ridiculous pay, Rowan managing to run the store because of a $2 million "loan" from his father which explains how they didn't go out of business with him giving free laptops away with USB sticks, etc.
