Powerlifters who like to engage in drama and bash Westside/Louie should take an example from this. You can have a different training philosophy from the individual next to you yet have a civilized discussion on training without insulting one another.

I wish I knew Russian. And like the Mayweather Pacquio fight, this would've happened 5 years ago. I love listening to louie. The man deserves respect from every lifter to step on a platform regardless of what they wear when competing. But it appears that age is slowly starting to slow down his mind. Im so happy this happened before it was too late. The magic of the internet. I hope the westside vs the world documentary crew got footage of this. Like Vince Lombardi meeting Bill Billicheck.

This is what great coaches look, sound and talk like. The more the coach doesn't wanna speak about his training, the more you know he doesn't know sh*t about anything, here you hear like all those damn ''secrets'', and they don't even stop for a second to think about are they telling you too much or, ou this information isn't for free, i will tell you if you buy my program. Especially if a young couch starts speaking like he knows the universe, just listen to this kind of talks and videos, you will learn more, and for less money.

It's so simple. All you have to know is how tall a pyramid is; the definition of power, strength, velocity, etc. Then just figure out your best routine. Then do it 5 to 7 days per weak at the intensity level where one more rep and u throw up. Then sleep 8 hours per night, with 1 to 2 hour nap per day. Repeat for 30 to 60 years. Don't forget the calories, carbs, fat, protein, vitamins, minerals, genetics and supplements. Oh, and don't forget to read, study, pray, invent machines, modify existing devices, strengthen (not stretch) HS. After all that, maybe Louis will show u something you never thought of. If not, u enjoyed the ride anyway. It's just that simple.

João Gabriel Braccini Dornelles its an oral steroid joke
@DJS123456786 жыл бұрын
Dude Louie Simmons is 70 years old. What the fuck do you want him to look like. If you're trying to make an oral steroid joke, he talked about his steroid regimen back when they were legal and he used significantly less oral steroids than other lifters. He used injectables like Deca, Test, and EQ for the majority of his career with more androgenic stuff closer to meets. Never used Anadrol, and some of the other lifters from westside that talked about drug use didn't use too many orals either.
@HumanGorillaHormone4 жыл бұрын
@@DJS12345678 that's not particularly accurate (Louie never doing anadrol and doing lower oral doses). Not that it matters at all....vut Louie is known for many things in this sport. One of the main ones being, researching any possible pathway a food/supplement/medication could improve performance. The guy used to take nitroglycerin minutes before a big squat on meet day. To spike his BP and adrenals
