Depends on what cable you get, you can choose your diameter in your local hardware store.

So if i want to be able to do these, would I have to purchase two pulley systems advertised on your website? Im confused. Haha but this looks great, instead of having to buy a whole machine that takes up more space.

yeah most packages only bring one haha , ima have to get 2 as well but at leat i get different attachements to play around, going for cuffs and single handles this time instead of what this guy does tho ima setup my low one in a racked barbell this way i have more heights to use
