Bosch cordless drill Ni-Cd To Lithium BMS NiMH

In this video I am going to modify the old batteries from a bosch drill, I will use the 12v BMS module, that is 3S and 3 18650 lithium batteries.
With the help of this type of BMS I will charge the batteries directly from the old charger for ni-cd. the battery is charging and the BMS
disengages at maximum load.

excellent work i change my battery but I am not able to charge it again how do I do it with its original charger?

The original charger will only work if you have kept the upper part of the battery, the one with resistance. If it still doesn't charge, it means you have a problem with the BMS on the batteries.

Olá amiga. obrigado pela apreciação. uma célula de íon de lítio tem um valor de 4,2 V quando é carregada, portanto, chega a uma tensão de 12,8 V, que é adequada para esta furadeira. Em relação ao carregador ni-cd, de fato ele tem uma voltagem um pouco mais alta do que deveria, mas não acho que haveria problemas porque o BMS que você conecta às células de lítio desconecta quando as baterias atingem a voltagem máxima de 4,2V
