My 500 series both have stopped working and the units are just under 5 yrs old and i do not use them a ton. I just ordered the 300 series. I purchased the 5 yr warranty from the purchase company as Bosch only has ONE year of warranty. I do love the company so wanted the quality but disappointed with what my 500 series did.

I read some comments about the drier takes long time to dry. What is the average drying time for a regular drier? It is said that Bosch washer does a good spinning job that clothes come like almost dry. It shouldn’t take a long time to dry then.

It does take a little longer but it's the only machine that ever got my clothes clean, I can wait a few more minute to dry

Miao it's a European style machine, which means it was designed and built primarily to comply with much stricter European energy efficiency standards. It uses a smaller heater and likely lower temperatures than a typical US dryer, and circulates the air to pick up more moisture for longer than an old fashioned vented dryer. This means big energy savings, but does increase drying times slightly.

Eva Ingólfsdóttir Do you mean the washing machine? It's possible the hot and cold hoses have been swapped accidentally, so when the machine opens the cold water inlet to rinse it's actually filling with hot water. Check asap- you're wasting an awful lot of hot water if this is what's happened.

Omg this is so stupid, cause i had zero info about perfomance 300vs 800 o othe series, how you can see the series looking atthe model number? In video you say series 300 and showing series 6 machine how is that? Ihave 8. Series boch washing machine with model name start with waw how i can find if its 300 500 or 800 series what series is bosch home profesional?

@@poisasaaa2008 he said what the features are in each. He said the series 500 has everything that the series 300 has, plus XYZ additional features. Then when he talks about the series 800, he said it contains everything that the 300 and 500 include, plus XYZ additional features.
