my sounddock makes a clicking noise. no sound when I plug in my iPod either on dock or through aux cord. it does have power because I have a green light. any suggestions? possibly the soundboard?

My battery pack is not charging. No charging led lights coming (red or yellow). What could be issue? I replaced the lipo batteries in the battery pack, it still doesn't charge. The sound dock works very well otherwise. Please help.

I think my power connector is malfunctioning. It is not charging and also that ‘beep’ sound has stopped. When I touch the volume + / - buttons the light comes on and the volume is increased or decreased. Music is played perfectly well. Please advise what to do.

Hi, when the power is turned on, my dock turns on * the green light turns on yet its static* with no beeps. the volume control doesn’t help the LED blinking too. 2:33

My sound dock is a beast! has worked great for 5 years, but now it's making alien blurps bleeps, in a rapid fire manner. Maybe these are signals from deep space? Is there a way to disconnect the battery and charger, then use it as a speaker for my computer?

This is caused by a failed docking connector. If the remote control works the volume but not the docked Apple device cant navigate tracks then switch out the docking connector. See the invebo video on this.

The bass on Mine gives a deep vibrating sound when i put it a little high, Is there a way to fix that?

The portable is very susceptible to speaker cone damage. Remove the the grille and inspect the cones for cracks or creases in the paper. If you can see then you need new speakers.

when I try to play my iPod it plays the music fine but the volume is stuck really high and pressing the "lower volume" button doesn't change the volume, nor does trying to change it on the iPod itself. Any ideas what to do?

Clean the side of the dock where the volume controls are. If there is contamination there is can sometimes cause this problem www.inevbo.com

Likely cause to check: Remove the grille and have a look to see if the speaker cones are creased, deformed or torn. These cones break up if the dock is used at high volume for an extended period. Contact invebo support

+Baconterrain Having the same issue with my dock. I'm suspecting its either my charger is malfunctioning or its the charging port in the back of the dock is the issue. Let me know what you find out.

The BASS on my speaker (that exact one) stopped working, everything else works fine...what can I do ?

The unit has 2 x small speaker that produce all the sound. If it sounds hollow with no bass (vocals sound like someone singing inside a metal bucket) then check the sound from the Aux input. If that is OK then the dock connector has failed. If not then take the grille off an have a look at the cones. They are easily destroyed by high volume.

Very old 30-pin ipods that only support Firewire charging will not charge on this dock as it supports only USB charging. If the Apple device that you are testing with supports USB charge then replace your dock connector to fix it,

First thing to do is get a remote control for it. The problem relating to the Aux in is the PIO board socket broken. the standard part is very weak. Contact us at [e-mail]

I dont know if you’ll still reply to this comment but i’ll try. My sounddock portable has a volume problem. Everytime i increase the volume manually on the side, it decreases until it goes mute. Same goes for the decrease button ofcourse. How do i fix this? Thankyou in advance for your help.

Hey I can't help you with your problem but I was hoping you could answer my simple and probably dumb question of mine...Is there a power button/switch I dont know how it powers on and off and I dont want to waste the battery

Darrius Lane No there isnt. It automatically turns on if you toggle the “+” idle button. It automatically shuts down if not in use after a few mins.
