Enjoyed this. Can you do more booty workouts please? I am 45 and I used to have a great butt. It is getting smaller and I don't like it. My knees can also hurt and you said that working on glutes can help knees so it's a win-win!

So happy for this workout! I had shoulder surgery so i have been gathering all your workouts that use ankle weights an band/booty band so no upper body, no weights, this is the second surgery so was pleased to see new workout! Thank you! 🤗

Glutes on fire! 🔥I love using the booty band, and loved that this workout was 30 minutes focused on the glutes. I added this on after a 40-minute full body strength, so this was a long workout day for me! 😅

Yikes, my SI joint was not happy with me after this one. Lots of stretching and ice helped it settle down.
