Enjoyed this. Can you do more booty workouts please? I am 45 and I used to have a great butt. It is getting smaller and I don't like it. My knees can also hurt and you said that working on glutes can help knees so it's a win-win!

So happy for this workout! I had shoulder surgery so i have been gathering all your workouts that use ankle weights an band/booty band so no upper body, no weights, this is the second surgery so was pleased to see new workout! Thank you! 🤗

Thank u Michelle. I love the variety of workouts u planned for us. Some days we use wts. Other days we use bands, etc. Our bodies benefit so much frm these variety.

Glutes on fire! 🔥I love using the booty band, and loved that this workout was 30 minutes focused on the glutes. I added this on after a 40-minute full body strength, so this was a long workout day for me! 😅

*love the fine tuning work! i tacked this on before the standing barre legs workout! lots of strength, mobility without picking up the dumbbells today!! (although those are some of my favorites also!) thank you so much michelle! these are the kinds of workouts i will no longer skip!*
