@@rohnleidigh213 that’s a fair comment! It is a very “clickable” title! However, as someone who has gigged (and still does) tube amps, I’ve always looked for a lighter and easier way solution for rehearsals! So for me, it could be the end 🤘

Another device which will reproduce a mic ed cab connected to a tube amp. The major flaw of the system is that you play it through an FRFR which will never be capable of reproducing tube amp in a room feel. Class D FRFR lack of punch and are unable to reproduce fast transients. You cannot compare the two systems. If you want to play at low volume and prefer a front of house sound those technologies are ok though.

@@marctamtonthat that’s a fair comment! I mentioned in the full article that my band play solely with IEM’s, so it’s perfect for that! If it’s more about feel than sound, You could always take this pedal, switch off the cab sim and run it Into a power amp and through a guitar cab? That way you have one rig covering 11 amp sounds. Factory presets in IR-2 much better than in IR-200.
