@@robertcarey3383 Kind of thought so too at first, but the more I hear of these the more I'm thinking it absolutely was a right call. Rabae is to me today what Dimebag was when I started playing guitar. Hes iconic in the sense he changes how I see and play guitar. Despite the two playing a very diferent style of music, Rabae has a sound unique to himself that is not only heavy and gutteral, but also has some of the most ominous and soothing tones that show the range of his chops. Its crazy how humble he is despite his success.

Totally agree. I also really love Danish Pete's playing and tone . I love hearing the whole andetons crew rocking the high end epiphones. They make them sound so good and with my eyes closed I would think I am hearing custom shop gibsons . Their epiphone 59 videos are fantastic displays of great tone and playing. I have recently also been Heavily influenced by Jack of peach guitars. His tone and playing are killer He has changed my taste in tone and I have been able to get quite close to tome and his playing style is influencing me as well . Johan Segeborn has also been a big influence on me the last couple of years. His playing style is really great . Its very much a tone lovers playing style. Both Jack and Johan are able to get the best out of modern Gibson pickups. They have made me fall in love with the modern Gibson PAF style humbucker tone . I was all about replacing all my gibson pickups with Duncan's and I still have Duncan's in some of my guitars but Johan and Jack have made me fall in love with modern Gibson humbuckers an I now prefer them to most Duncan's with the exception of my seth lovers and whole lotta humbkckers but the custombucker and burstbucker families are just as good and in most cases I like the gibsons better these days

I liked the approach to this. It was honest. I was really hoping we weren't gonna slap another Katana in the mix and off ya go. I also appreciate the single pedal approach. If a gig were on the line, I would not throw an unknown (for me anyway) multi-effects in and count on it for everything. If it crapped out, you lose everything. At least with a single, you can kick it out of the line and get by.

I think Rabea may have done one too many of these type of videos. I've seen him in a few recently. He looks over it. It's cool though. It still beats working. 🙂

It appears he wants to re-invent and pave a new way. When the magic of a relationship is gone one must move on. Or maybe it just takes a minute to re-gel with friends you haven’t seen in a few?
