I don't have a bosu ball, but I have something similar (a zip trainer from The Firm) , so I used that. I just turned 69 , so I modify the jumping part. I can jump off the ball but not on. Lunges have always been a problem for me. Sometimes I have to put my back foot down instead of lifting the heel. Overall I enjoyed this workout, for it was different, and I thought the balance part was good.
