About 6 days a week - I have to force myself to take a day off - I feel so much better when I move. But I don't do long workouts anymore. Obv. shortcircuits. Lol.

That's up to you! I suggested 30/10 or 45/15. If you're doing reps I wouldn't rest more than 30 secs in between. Hope that helps!
