The ohagi look so delicious - おいしそう! I wish I could have magically been there to eat one of the hoagie! I've been cooking Japanese food at home for maybe 4-5 years now, and I've learned that it really helps to know hints like your mom is teaching. If you know things like draining the adzuki bean water after the first boil to remove the impurities, those things can make a huge difference. Your mom is so kind to teach us, and you're all so great to make these videos! Thank you so much. As for the next video, I think Shinichi should get the vote, since he has a favorite. Please have a good weekend! PS I just have to add that I love adzuki bean paste. Now I think I might have to try making my own batch!!!
