One Rhinebeck tip: please stop by Pick Up Every Stitch at Mt. Kisco on the Thursday before Rhinebeck. We are on the way from the NYC airports to Rhinebeck and a perfect town to stop for lunch! Our Road to Rhinebeck event will be on both Thursday and Friday and Camellia Fiber Co will be in attendance for a trunk show; their yarns are incredible. And we also have an extensive variety of gorgeous yarns from all over the world. Would love to see you both in person! Love your yarns and have quite a stash going already! Can't wait until my advent comes!

I don't know if it would work in the UK, but here in Canada, when people are at their wits end about a situation like you with your ovens, they mention it to the local tv news, and suddenly when the news people call them about it, everything gets resolved quite quickly. It's only rarely that it doesn't get results.
