Dude, when I go to the gym there’s every type of person there and they’re all in their little universe. Obviously you have the matching Gymshark set glute girlies, Dorito-chip guys (broad back - no legs) posing in the mirror, that one guy who you could swear has been on that same treadmill since last week, etc. But there’s also the chubbier guy who’s been working super diligently to get his first pull up and has made a Dorito-friend along the way, there’s a guy with bright pink long hair and a crop top who usually just sits around on a mat but brings super positive vibes and this older lady who needs about 7 minutes to even walk from one machine to the next but gives a little wave whenever our eyes meet. And me: resting bitch face & headphones, but the other day a girl asked me for tips on form because she saw me working out and the way my face lit up from being asked almost made me pull a muscle. We all show up at the ass crack of dawn and do our silly little exercises while the outside world moves on and I honestly think it’s one of the few places I can think of where such a variety of people actually manage to completely mind their own business. Super long story, but tl;dr: everyone has their own reasons for going to the gym and I can guarantee you that none of those include judging other people.

The calves are so goddamn true. Us fat kids had free work out with them. Also because able to through your body weight around when you’re pushing something like a pallet is useful.
@tvoikalduoi123 Жыл бұрын
I'm a pretty skinny 14 yo and i just did 5 weeks of 3 minute plank daily and some more push ups and my abs are already going out, i'm scared cause i was told i couldn't loose much weight before i was annorexic, sucks to say i'm now scared od working out

@@tvoikalduoi123 if you're burning more, eat more and you'll be fine, my guy
@densebutter7523 Жыл бұрын
@@tvoikalduoi123you need to eat more! Your body is still growing so your body is going to be consuming more nutrients. When you work out, you burn calories and your body puts nutrients it needs into building up your abs.
@spen3493 Жыл бұрын
@@tvoikalduoi123 Used to be annorexic, working out is the only way to get rid of it. Just make sure to track your weight and try and gain about 2kg per month( dw if it's not perfect, i had months where I was gaining 4kg and others where I wasn't gaining any weight, a good tip I can give you from my own experience is make sure to always keep adding calories according to the weight your currently gonna be at ). If you train during this time, by the time you reach your ideal weight, you'll be jacked and won't even need to cut since your metabolism is naturally high
@korok2619 Жыл бұрын
@@tvoikalduoi123 i don't think you can become annorexic by losing weight, it is a mental and nutritional disorder. You can have dangerous thinness but it is not at all likely to come from these exercises. If you work out towards muscle (like you're saying) and not only cardio and make sure you eat enough so you body can adapt you'll gain weight in no time!
