South Africa already produces its own vaccines. He on the other hand is hosting a US military convoy this month and the US has a military base in his country. His ties with the West are going to ruin that country.

Good balanced anchor and a clear President. I have been to Botswana. The west has to give its rich professional inputs and genorisity and magnanimity in attitude to the wild life conservation balance. The elephants have to be protected but they are a hinderance to the poor livelihoods. Areal empathetic financial assistance and prudence required. The Beers agreement is absolutely true and well balanced by the President. WEST NEEDS TO AID BOTSWANA.

I think the best answer for me was the response that the president is more worried about democracies in the developed well and the resultant slidebacks

I agree but it is so hard to choose because he answered the questions put to him so masterfully. I remember visiting Francis town as a child in the 1980s. I just love the red earth of that place!

@@TshumuKokgalagadi Yes I am very much aware of that. It was my earliest childhood memory on my first foreign trip. The landscape and the colour of the soil are what stayed in my imagination. I visited subsequently after that and the pace of advancement was evident

BRICS is just a scam. We can't be leaving the 'democratic colonial group' (G-7), to a brutal 'undemocratic colonial group' (BRICS). Please Africa will remain independent from all foreign influence ,including the scam called BRICS.
