I did this with freshwater fish I used black bass(largemouth), panfish(bluegill), and catfish I didn't use any shellfish bc my girlfriend is allergic and it was amazing

Not too bad for an american bouillabaisse. Two remarks: the rouille is too fluid, and maybe I misunderstood, but we call the bread "crouton", not "croute".

An authentic recipe has ONE fish of a runt like catch( NOT this abundance of the sea,) Some prawns Mussells.. Saffron Olive oil And broth Not a RICH MANS spread.
